Course Overview

Our AgilePM Practitioner certification is designed for those working in a project-centric environment who aspire to adopt agile methods. This course will guide you in applying various agile practices, such as Facilitated Workshops, MoSCoW Prioritisation, Iterative Development, and Modelling. It also provides insights into testing, estimating, and evaluating benefits delivery in agile projects, alongside effective mechanisms for facilitation and support. Our ultimate aim is to equip you with sufficient knowledge to apply and tailor Agile project management guidance to diverse scenarios, preparing you to work as an Agile project manager on non-complex projects.
Course Prerequisites
To be eligible for this course, you must have already passed one of the following:
- Agile Project Management Foundation Certificate
- DSDM Atern Foundation Certificate
- DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate

AgilePM Practitioner Exam Format
At the end of the course, delegates will sit an online exam in an āobjective testingā format of scenario, question and answer booklet. The Practitioner exam has the following format:

- 2.5 hoursā duration
- 4 question, 20 marks per question, 80 marks available
- 40 marks or more required to pass
- open-book examination (handbook only)

The course runs over two non-residential days, either in-person or virtually.
