I want to learn
As the world's leading certification for agile project management, AgilePM® provides practical and repeatable methodologies based on the Agile Project Framework. This foundation offers the perfect equilibrium between the rigour, standards and visibility required for effective project management and the agility, change and empowerment afforded by agile methodologies. Our AgilePM Practitioner certification is designed for those working in a project-centric environment who aspire to adopt agile methods. This course will guide you in applying various agile practices, such as Facilitated Workshops, MoSCoW Prioritisation, Iterative Development, and Modelling. It also provides insights into testing, estimating, and evaluating benefits delivery in agile projects, alongside effective mechanisms for facilitation and support. Our ultimate aim is to equip you with sufficient knowledge to apply and tailor Agile project management guidance to diverse scenarios, preparing you to work as an Agile project manager on non-complex projects.
