Syllabus
Our course introduces the foundational concepts behind the PRINCE2® process-based method, preparing students for the certificate exam. We delve into the importance of project management, explore the structure of PRINCE2®, and discuss its principles, themes, processes, and tailoring techniques. Topics include project initiation and planning, risk and quality management, stage control, product delivery, change and progress management, and project closure. The topics covered include:

Course Duration & Delivery
The course spans three non-residential days, with options for either in-person or virtual attendance.

Course Methodology
Our course employs a mix of theoretical instruction and practical project management experiences, using case studies and exercises to facilitate dynamic, interactive learning. Pre-course material is provided for approximately 15 hours of required reading before course commencement. Additionally, we offer access to our online learning environment, Blackboard.

Our course fee covers instruction by our world-class trainer, carefully researched courseware, the official digital manual (“Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 6th edition”), pre-course study materials, the Foundation Exam, sample exams, and a Certificate of Attendance. Please note, exam re-sit fees are not included.

Exam Format
Delegates are invited to sit for an online exam at the end of the course:
- Multiple-choice format.
- 60 questions.
- 55% (33/60) pass mark.
- 60-minute duration.
- Closed-book examination.
Upon successful completion of this course, and the associated exam, participants will be awarded the Prince2 Foundation certificate.
